Due to the nature of food products, we maintain a limited return policy.

Returns
We do not accept returns for food products once they are delivered due to safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A leaking package

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds / Replacement
After verifying the issue, we may:

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method.
